DEAR PAX-AM CUSTOMERS:

While most of you have received your copies of III/IV and are currently enjoying them, we’re (embarrassed by and) aware of those of you vinyl buyers who have not yet received your merchandise. While there are reasons for the delay, it’s nevertheless inexcusable…and not the way we at Pax-Am like doing business.

While our factory tells us we’ll have all vinyl ready to go within a week, we realize that some of you might not want to wait. With that in mind, please know that anyone who has not received their vinyl and would like a refund, you may email that request to support@sammerch.com with the word “REFUND” in the subject line and it will be processed immediately.

We’ve also been made aware that people are having trouble finding their download cards – please note that there are two download cards sent out with each vinyl order shipped from Pax-Am: 1 card with a download of the entire album that is located within the pocket of disc one (usually deep in the pocket..down around the spine). Separately, there is a second BONUS card included outside of the shrinkwrap with downloads for 12 demos from songs of the album. If you think you’re missing the download of the entire album, first take a look deep in the left pocket of the vinyl gatefold. If you still can’t find it, please email support@sammerch.com and we’ll see that a card ships to you asap.

Finally, please accept our apologies for any disappointment regarding any of the above. We appreciate everyone’s patience while we handle the hiccups of our first non-metal release. Rest assured that every effort is being made to see that this is the last time we have these problems.
